Today, over 300,000 individuals in King and Snohomish counties do not have access to health care. We know that having access to direct health care services is essential to the wellbeing and improved quality of life for everyone.

With an established practice and diverse base of staff and volunteers, Lahai Health is more impassioned than ever to keep making a difference through access to health care. Lahai Health provides care through each of our services that is intentionally modeled to be holistic and individualized for every patient that walks through our doors. While we meet immediate healthcare needs of each person, our long-term goal is to care for the whole individual, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient.

Lahai Health provides medical and dental health care to underserved individuals and their families in King and Snohomish counties. Our medical clinic is located in North Seattle, dental clinic in Lynnwood and we have other off-site medical locations where clinics are able to operate with our ability to travel using our mobile medical clinic Lynnwood, Seattle, Everett and Snohomish. Our mobile clinic provides medical care in local communities throughout the Puget Sound region -- taking primary care directly to those who need it most.

About The Job

Patient Care Coordinators facilitate a positive experience for everyone. Volunteers in this position should be organized, detail oriented, friendly, patient, work well with others, have excellent phone skills, and possess basic computer skills.

Receptionists greet patients, ensure patient paperwork is completed correctly, enter new patient information into our EHR program, and schedule follow-up appointments. All training is provided; no experience is needed.

We are a low income, comprehensive, primary-care clinic in King and Snohomish County. Our services include integrated and comprehensive, medical, dental and mental health counseling. Join our team and work alongside others who share a desire to find solutions for those who fall through the cracks of the system.
